Frequently Asked

Questions, answered.

Common questions about commercial paving and resurfacing.

Do I need full replacement or can I resurface?
Depends on the sub-base condition. If the foundation is solid, an overlay can extend the life by 8–12 years at a fraction of the cost. We assess and recommend the most cost-effective option.
How long does asphalt take to cure?
Asphalt is drivable in 24 hours but takes 30 days to fully cure. We mark out and protect the area until it's ready for full use.
Can you work in winter?
Concrete pours can be done in cold weather with proper additives and protection. Asphalt requires temperatures above 5°C — we schedule asphalt projects April through October in Ontario.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. We coordinate with your municipality for any required permits and inspections.
How long will the new pavement last?
Properly installed concrete: 25–40 years. Asphalt: 15–25 years with regular sealcoating. We include a maintenance schedule with every install.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — fully licensed and insured for commercial work across Ontario.
